Before you decide to close your account, first establish what would be the reason so that you can use the correct procedure.
If the reason for permanent closure is unrelated to gameplay, and you still wish to retain the right to re-activate your account at a later date, you make a request for Account Closure via e-mail at [email protected].

Please note that closing your Customer Account will limit access to it as well as the right to use, enjoy or benefit from any Gold Coins, Stake Cash and unredeemed Prizes associated with it.
