Gold Coins are a virtual token currency with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for any value whatsoever. They are provided for entertainment purposes only.
Gold Coins are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any other currency.
Stake Cash is another virtual token currency available on the website. It also has no monetary value and cannot be purchased. Stake Cash can only be obtained through free or promotional offers.
Stake Cash may be redeemed as a prize via crypto or bank transfer, depending on the user’s account eligibility and purchase history.
To use the bank transfer redemption option, the user must have completed at least one successful purchase using a card on the account.
If the user has not completed a successful card purchase, they may still redeem their Stake Cash using the crypto option, as long as the account meets the required minimum redemption amount and has enough balance to cover any applicable fee.
