What to do when you have lost your 2FA

If you lost access to your 2FA code, please contact us from the email linked to your account to [email protected], and we will initiate a 2FA recovery procedure.


We will ask you to provide us with some information related to that account, and once we have reviewed and verified it, you will be able to access your account again.

The whole process should not take too much time if you are able to provide the needed information.
