Which networks are supported for Purchasing?

Updated over 4 months ago

Hello there! πŸ‘‹

Many different crypto coins exist nowadays and there are lots of networks that those coins can be sent over - because not all of the networks are supported, it is important to distinguish supported from unsupported networks while making crypto transactions.

❗ Sending crypto via an unsupported network can result in loss of that crypto ❗

How to check which networks to use?

  • We have made it pretty easy to spot supported networks - right under the field where you can select the crypto (1), you can check the supported networks (2).

If there is no field with supported networks, that means that you should use the original/native network only (usually resembles the name of the coin - Bitcoin network in case you are sending BTC; Litecoin network in case you are using LTC).

  • When you click on "Network" field, a list of of supported networks will be displayed - those networks can be used to make successful Purchases using the selected crypto coin.

Example 1: When you check networks supported for ETH Purchases, you can see that you should use either ERC20 or BEP20 as network (you get to select this in your crypto wallet once you initiate the transfer on their end).

Example 2: When you check networks supported for USDC Purchases, you can see that you can send it over ERC20, BEP20 or Matic (again, this is something that you select while initiating transfer on your crypto wallet).

Common mistakes.

Here we'll include the list of most frequently used unsupported networks - the ones that you should not use if you want your Purchases to be successful.

Unsupported networks (do not use these):

  • Cronos network

  • Base network

  • Arbitrum network

  • Optimism network
